At our annual church conference on November 3, 2025, the congregation voted to explore adopting the Simplified Accountability Structure. A team has been meeting over the past few months to learn more about this model and is now ready to share information with the
congregation.

To help everyone understand the plan and ask questions, we will offer several educational sessions. Please plan to attend one of the following:

• Sunday, May 17 – In person, after worship
• Monday, May 18 – Zoom session at 2:00 PM
• Wednesday, May 20 – Zoom session at 6:30 PM
• Sunday, May 24 – In person, after worship

Following these learning opportunities, there will be a special church conference on Sunday, May 31, after worship. Members will vote on whether to adopt the Simplified Accountability Structure.

We encourage everyone to mark your calendars and participate in both a learning session and the special church conference as we discern this important step in our shared ministry.
